Flight Master enables players to quickly travel between areas. For a very small fee, the Flight Master will send you flying to your destination of choice. For Order characters, you are given a gyrocopter pack that you ride into the sky. For Destruction characters, you board a wyven-like beast as it flies to the destination.

The Flight Master will only take you to other Flight Masters. Unlike some games, you do not need to scout out and unlock destination points before you can travel there. If you choose to do so, you can fly to the capital city almost immediately after character creation.

Mounts increase your character's movement speed by 50%, but are not usable in combat. If your character engages in combat while mounted, a cloud of dust stirs up around them and the mount dissapears. At level 20, your character may purchase a mount for the hefty fee of 30 gold. I say 'hefty' because unless you are quite proficient at saving and acquiring cash, chances are you will not be able to afford this fee right away. Practicing a gathering trade skill such as scavenging or butchering from levels 1 to 20 will help your cash flow considerably.
